LCD & Touch Panel Coating & Lamination Solutions

Including Contact Lens Production Lines, De-Mold Equipment, Hydration M/C, Lens Pad Printing M/C, AOI/CCD Inspection M/C, Packing M/C. Tint & Color products coverage.

LALINK UV OCR/SVR Auto Coating & Lamination Machine was developed and used for Full Lamination Process of Touch Panel, such as PET Film, Cover Glass, OGS, LCD & LCM products. By using an optical elasticity UV curable resin (UV SVR, OCR or Liquid OCA, LOCA), which improves display shock-resistance and visibility. The bonding process of UV OCR is unique and offers a series of advantages. The resin coating on a Cover Glass, Touch Panel or OGS can be transformed to a pressure sensitive adhesive by irradiating with UV light. Subsequently, the cover glass can be bonded with display panel (LCM/LCD/Open Cell). This Equipment and process significantly improves a process margin, which results in Overflow Free, MURA Free, Boundary control and with precious coating thickness control, the process and equipment would be combined the advantages of both OCA & OCR process, and suitable for almost any kind of LCD/LCM & TP in Full Lamination Process.
